Every time I saw an image I kept wanting to look below it for the related caption.?
And sometimes, when things weren't going well and it was having trouble reading your disk, it would go "chka chka chka chka" even though you *weren't* booting up. That was a very bad sign. Especially if you had just achieved some important milestone in Ultima, and you were trying to save your progress before something came along and killed you. |

My guess is that they're having balancing issues which is extremely hard to do with 3 completely different types of races. I'd rather have a great game later than a ***** one now.

Later is 6 months late, one year maybe but now they are around 1.5 years later then what was previously announced and since it's mostly impossible for them to release the game in less then 6 months from this article it's possible it will be a full 2 years late and maybe even more.Blizzard is a real let down lately, being bought by activision seems like the worst that could have happened to them. Sure we need a good balanced game but they could balance things out a lot faster then what they are doing right now, why didn't SC1 took 2 years to balance and this one does? Also do we really care if the range of siege tank is 1 square too far to be ''fair''? This is what patches are for, they still release balance fix to SC1 for christ sake, do they expect SC2 to be perfect from release day? People with good skills will find a way to make a strategy no one planned that is overrated and blizzard will still need to tone down some units and reinforce others, etc. There is a difference between balancing and fine tuning to the point nobody cares about the game anymore when it comes out. I bought a new computer thinking I could play SC 2 at full settings when it comes out but since then it was pushed back 2 times. By the time it comes out my computer might not be able to run the game at more then medium graphic! |
