Blizzard is consistent. I don't think they've ever released a product that did not take years to develop and was behind by a couple of years in terms of technology, but an instant classic in terms of game play and sheer fun.!

That would have been Activision - a company made up of disgruntled ex-Atari programmers sick of getting no recognition (or appropriate pay) for their work. Activision pushed Atari to create incentives and better games like Ms.PacMan (amazing).?

What I find annoying are companies that either penalize or coax people to use paperless billing rather than reward customers for the choice by splitting the savings between the company and the customers.

No, I think it would be the opposite, because they have needed to coddle her excessively to avoid ever making her cry. The solution to avoid crying was not to be strong and stoic (obviously, since she's only 2); the solution was to try to make her happy all the time.
