I can see how training in random locations would be the best method. I take my dog for walks on the same route every day and he knows exactly when to turn and where we are going, as a result he often start leading. If I went a random way every single time, he would be forced to listen to me and follow... hence why those officers train in random locations. Also because that's how the dog will ultimately be deployed..

I saw some testing lab years ago coming up with something like this. But in their test, the cars were driven by computers and there were sensors in the road in a special lane in the middle of the highway median. The cars were doing 90+ mph about 1 foot apart. It was amazingly cool.?
Problem with Afghanistan is we can't pull out. The Taliban want to take over Pakistan, right next door, and they are currently attempting to do so.
