Before the semi automatic "assault rifle", there were the lever action Winchester/Marlins that could hold 6+ 30-30 or several more "pistol" rounds. These firearms were seen as "assault rifles" back in the early 1900's, but now we see them strictly as hunting/sporting rifles.The use of "assualt rifle" is nothing more than political ***** used by people who dream blindly, criminals, and careerist pigs using the blind dreamer's hope to win them political power.
