I can't wait for that game to come out.
...The tower which holds the bell, Big Ben, is not itself named Big Ben.Maybe if we just keep rewording the same comment that was posted 6 times above, nobody will notice and we'll look smart!

I didn't ask for an interstate on the West coast, I live in the suburban Baltimore. Stop stealing my money fixing damn roads I don't drive on! I didn't ask for a fire department, I've never had a fire. Stop stealing my money to put out other people's fires.I didn't ask for ...Welcome to civil society: where you have implicitly agreed to participate in group governance (democratic republic in the US). where you accept the fact that not everything will be to your liking, and you're given some ability to work through the system to address that fact. where some decisions are made not for your benefit, but for overall societal benefit. where past governing bodies have decided that putting certain inefficiencies into the system is desirable to prevent some of the ills that would normally develop in society, despite the possibility of resultant reduction in net performance. Taxes pay for agreed upon services (no, you don't get an a la carte menu). Now, stop being a crybaby and calling it stealing.oh, and "i'm only 20, I'm in college, I need that money now." is the kind of thinking that currently has a bankrupt baby boomer generation unable to support its own retirement..
You mean coop?!

I have a few friends that filed for bankruptcy to avoid hitting a deadline on their student loans... pretty bad when they have to resort to ***** themselves over credit-wise to make time to pay off a debt.?
This is why Android NEEDS to take off bigtime, and for hardware makers to build something better than the halfass crap they throw over the fence every 4 months with Android on it.If there were something (like droid?) that could actually compete with the iPhone, the software developers and users will migrate over and build a good ecosystem like the iPhone has right now. |

David Evans:"We cannot legalize marijuana because its use has destructive health and social consequences."So the purpose of the law is social engineering? Do you have any idea what else this opens the door for as permissible legislation?Evans loses the whole debate in his first sentence, but it doesn't look like his opponent had the stones to jam his logic failure down his throat. James Gray starts off kind and conciliatory. ***** that. Just call Evans a Nazi and be done with it, because that's what he is. A coward and a fascist. The only reason to keep drug prohibition in place is out of fear of what people will do with their freedom once they get it back. I say though the heavens fall, let justice be done. Set those captives free. Let EVERY recreational drug be above board. There's nothing worse than prohibitionist laws forcing it into the black market where it becomes a secret demon eating lives away in the dark.

Somehow myself, my friends, and my family have all managed to play this board game without resorting to violence or uncontrollable rages. Have the rest of you perhaps thought about anger management or intensive psychotherapy? On the other hand, I once killed a guy over Connect Four, so maybe it's just a cultural difference. |
